Experience
Perfectly bilingual, Mr. Robitaille B.A., M.B.A. has accumulated more than 35 years of professional experience in real estate, financing, credit, and franchising.
During a lengthy and varied career, Mr. Robitaille has been involved in many major financial, leasing and franchising transactions. He has had to deal with long and complex documents in both French and English. He has often needed to translate such documents from one language to the other and has read, edited and created numerous business plans, reports and financing requests in both languages. He therefore has extensive experience with numerous forms of documentation including public communications, contractual documents and advertising.
With a Bachelor of Arts from Loyola College (now Concordia University), and a Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Western Ontario, Mr. Robitaille also has obtained a certificate in translation from McGill University. During the course of his career, he has thrived in a bilingual workplace and is comfortable working either in English or in French. A lover of the written word, he now enjoys an enviable reputation for the quality of his written communication.
In the summer of 2012 Mr. Robitaille was selected as one of two recipients of the McGill Association of Continuing Education Students (MACES), Translation & Written Communication (Translation Undergraduate Program) Scholarship.
In the course of his career, Mr. Robitaille has carried out a wide range of translation, editing and document creation for various enterprises and organizations, including:
